Court Sets Date for Oral Arguments in Verizon “Data Roaming” Suit Against FCC – Rural Spectrum Scanner

The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has issued an Order establishing the date for oral arguments in Verizon Wireless’ appeal of the FCC’s data roaming order issued in April 2011.  Circuit Judges Tatel, Garland and Griffith scheduled oral arguments between Verizon Wireless and the Commission for Thursday, September 20, 2012 at 9:30 A.M.   A separate order will be issued by the court at a  later date regarding the amount of time for arguments alloted to each party.
