RTG Applauds Seven Attorneys General Joining the Lawsuit Against AT&T

RTG’s General Counsel, Carri Bennet, issued the following statement:

“RTG applauds the attorneys general of New York, Washington, California, Illinois, Ohio, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania who have committed resources to challenge AT&T’s proposed takeover of T-Mobile. Taking on a huge political powerhouse like AT&T is always daunting, but these attorneys general know that might doesn’t always make right and that consumers, including those living in rural America, must be defended against a deal that is illegal, bad for consumers, bad for competition and bad for the U.S. workforce.”
