On January 20th, RTG intervened in the proceeding before Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals challenging the FCC’s recent USF and ICC Order. RTG intervened in support of both Petitioners and Respondents, in order to challenge or support portions of the FCC’s Order that affect wireless CETCs. To date, numerous Petitions for Review have been filed challenging various portions of the FCC Order, and numerous parties have been granted status as intervenors.
