RWA Joins Forces to Save Wireless Choice

RWA has joined forces with NTCA The Rural Broadband Association and other organizations and communications companies on the Save Wireless Choice initiative.  The goal of the initiative is to work together to ensure that the upcoming 600 MHz Broadcast Incentive Auction includes provisions that will help distribute the valuable low-band spectrum to as many different carriers as possible. Currently AT&T and Verizon control 73% of the available low-band spectrum in the US.

Save Wireless Choice seeks to diversify spectrum control among wireless carriers across the United States to ensure quality of service, innovation and reasonable prices continue to be the norm for consumers.
