The RWA Board of Directors is pleased to welcome Jana Wallace to the Board. Jana is the COO and interim CEO of Panhandle Telephone Cooperative, Inc. and its subsidiary, Panhandle Telecommunications Systems, Inc. in Guymon, Oklahoma. She has nearly 23 years of experience with the company, and her background encompasses leadership positions in Customer Service, Administration, Strategic Initiatives, and Operations. She has served and participated on several industry and community boards and organizations.

The Board appointed Jana in July to serve until the Annual Meeting, during which she will be seeking election to the Board. Shawn Hanson, former CEO of PTCI, vacated the seat in July when he joined Aureon. Thanks to Shawn for his many years of service and leadership, and wishes him the best of luck in the future.
