The Rural Wireless Association (RWA) is pleased to announce the addition of Robert W. Mardis as the Manger of Communications.  Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston – Victoria.
