 RWA is pleased to see the 600 MHz Incentive Auction wind down and welcomes today’s Public Notice release. More than 50 rural carriers participated in the auction – either on their own or jointly with others in bidding entities. This level of participation is due in large part to the critical work done on the front end by RWA and other stakeholders to “right-size” the geographic license areas and secure a 15% rural service provider bidding credit against the overall bid price.
