S and R Communications, LLC announced that the company has entered into an agreement with Verizon Wireless to participate in the LTE in Rural America program.  Under the program, S and R will work with Verizon Wireless to deliver 4G LTE services locally to the communities in Carroll, Cass, Fulton, Miami, and Wabash Counties.  Click here for more information.
